Edging: With each mowing, all walkways, parking areas, curbs, paved surfaces, and landscape perimeters will be edged to provide clean, defined lines.
Hedge Trimming: Shrubs, hedges, and bushes will be maintained to even, professional contours on a monthly basis year‑round. This service also includes selective maintenance of lower tree canopies and palms as needed.
Landscape Beds: Landscape beds will receive focused attention and will be kept free of weeds year‑round using appropriate methods. Dead or damaged shrubs and plants will be removed during routine maintenance.
Clean Up: All grass clippings are mulched on site for the health of the turf. Trimmings, and miscellaneous debris generated by our services will be removed from the premises. Walkways and driveways will be cleared of clippings and debris prior to the end of every service.
